The Heart

If we’re being honest, I never thought I would write to y’all again. I was scared to put pen to paper, or in this case, keyboard. Since the release of Adelante and my graduation, Life has been a bit bleak. I was scared to look inwards to let things out. Opening that door seemed impossible. It felt like the creativity was diminished by the pressure of the world around me. 

But that’s not who I am. I am not the one to give up so easily and let my hard, passionate work die with a few instagram posts and a small bookshelf on amazon. No, I will find the juices again.
